I'm having the same problem with QB2016 for Mac.  The ACCTID is the same as my actual account.  The problem "might" be that when I look at the Online Settings, the account number for my card is somehow no longer the correct number.  But there is no option to edit that.  So, the account numbers in Edit Account and Online Settings don't match.  It seems like a mistake to edit the account to be this incorrect account number, but I suppose I could do that.  How did that Online Setting account number change to a random, incorrect number?  All my other accounts import properly.
