We can do some troubleshooting steps to rule out any browser-related issue that is causing the date to not function properly. Let's open your QuickBooks account in an incognito or private browser. This mode doesn't store cache. 


You can use these shortcut keys for each browser:


  • Chrome: Press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Internet Explorer or Firefox: Press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: Hold down Command+Shift+N


Once logged in, go to the Reconcile page. If you can select an advance date, then let's open your regular browser and clear its cache. This helps refresh your browser's settings.

You can also use a different supported browser (Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari 11 or newer) as an alternate solution.
