When we connect your bank and credit card accounts to automatically download transactions, the program will automatically show all your accounts that can be connected. However, there are specific bank that doesn't connect to all types of accounts, that's why you're unable to select an option for real state accounts.
I encourage you to select the Request support for your bank option. This way, we can coordinate with your financial institution to add that type of bank account.
In the meantime, we can manually upload your bank transactions to your QuickBooks account. We can start by signing in to your bank's website and follow the instructions on how to download them. You can either save them as Comma-Separated Values (CSV), QuickBooks Online (QBO), or Quicken (QFX) format.

After uploading it, let's go back to the Banking menu to match and categorize your bank transactions.
