I suggest reaching out to our QuickBooks Payments support so an agent can trace the deposit. Here's how:

  1. Click Help inside QuickBooks Online.
  2. Select Talk to a human
  3. Enter "Deposit trace" in the Type something field.
  4. Click I still need a human.
  5. Select Contact us.
  6. Choose Callback
