I appreciate you for trying the basic troubleshooting steps to isolate the issue. Since the transactions still don't show up, I would like to know the name of your credit card account. This way, I can gather enough details and check for any open investigations.
Just in case your bank made some changes to your account and see a message "Your Bank is making a change", you must reconnect the account so QuickBooks continues to download your credit card transactions.
