Hi there, @beighton.

Let's pull the Chart of Accounts (COA) to review the payments you've seen on the reconciliation page in QuickBooks Online.

 Here's how:

  1. Choose the Accounting tab on the left side.
  2. Select Chart of Accounts
  3. Locate the bank's name, then click View Register under Action

Also, you can review your past reconciliation report for those dates. Maybe you have missed transactions on your past reconciliation or created duplicates by mistakes. That's why you've seen six more payments.

Once you've done reviewing the data and if everything matches, then you're good to go in reconciling your bank. For the complete step by step instructions, you may refer to this article: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online

Once everything is done, you can re-access the Reconciliation report to examine or print all the data you've to reconcile by going to the Reports tab. Then type Reconciliation Report in the search bar and customize it to show the specific details. For more learning, visit this article: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report?.

If you can't find errors or in QuickBooks Online, there may be an error with the bank. To fix this, you may check out this article: Fix mistakes on your bank or credit card statement.

Additionally, I've added an article about handling your transaction in QBO.
