Although we renewed our payroll subscription this year, the credit card was denied (and we were not made aware of the problem) and our subscription lapsed. Starting in December, the pay periods were incorrect so I changed them to the correct pay periods and ran payroll. The payroll subscription has been renewed, but now, every time I run payroll, the pay periods are a payroll period behind and I have to change them to run payroll.
Is there a way to correct this?
