I can share some insights about the report's time stamp in QBO.
QBO report settings don't have the option to manually set the time zone. However, I know a workaround for this. The dates and time in QBO servers are under Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). Aside from your computer's date and time settings, daylight savings and traveling to a different time zone are also other factors that may affect this.
The steps below will help you ensure that the internet time settings are correct:
Run and customize your reports once again. If you’re still having difficulty setting the time zone, I’d recommend reaching out to our Customer Care team. They have the tools to access your account securely and further assist you with the use of screen sharing tool.
