If you're using QuickBooks Online Payroll Enhanced, we can simply change your business legal name in the Payroll Settings. Before diving in, we'll have to turn off the E-File & Pay feature first. I'll guide you how:

2. Choose Payroll Settings.
3. Select E-file and e-pay.
4. Select Manually with paper coupons.
5. Click Next.

Once done, we can now change your legal business name:

Then, let's change your "doing business as" name:

Lastly, we'll have to re-enroll to the E-File & Pay feature then send the authorization form.
