Happy Friday, everyone.

It is my pleasure to inform you that the ability to print your QuickBooks Online W2 forms on 4-part perforated paper is now available! In order to set this up, see the instructions below:

Payroll Form Printing Preferences

  1. From QuickBooks Online, click the Gear icon (⚙) and select Payroll Settings.
  2. Under Preferences, click Form Printing.
  3. Select either 3-part or 4-part perforated paper and click Okay.

These instructions are also available from our guide on printing W2's for your benefit. Please keep in touch with me here so I can ensure a successful tax season for your businesses with QuickBooks. Thanks for coming to the Community, I look forward to hearing from you again.
