You may be experiencing some browser-related issues, hood-abigail.

 

We can fix this by opening QuickBooks on a private window. It is the best place to identify any browser-related concerns.

 

You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

 

If you're able to add one, we can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Once the cache is piled up, it can cause any unexpected issues on the opened pages.

 

We can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
