In order to have the best assistance with connecting Pro Tax with a Third Party service, I recommend reaching out to the Pro Tax support team outside of the Community. They'll be able to give you the best answers on how to get it connected. You can reach out to them by clicking on the Pro Tax help button located on the Pro tax tab, and select to start a chat or dial the number provided there.
