The Multicurrency feature is available in QuickBooks Online for China as long as you're using the Plus and Essentials versions. However, please know that importing the data from Desktop is currently unavailable.
For now, the only workaround is to move transactions manually via CSV. Additionally, once you subscribed to the correct country, the home currency is default to the Chinese Yuan.
To ensure you select the right one, please click this link (go to the Asia Pacific tab and select China): https://quickbooks.intuit.com/choose-country/.
