Welcome aboard to the Community, @ChinaUser.

The Multicurrency feature is available in QuickBooks Online for China as long as you're using the Plus and Essentials versions. However, please know that importing the data from Desktop is currently unavailable.

For now, the only workaround is to move transactions manually via CSV. Additionally, once you subscribed to the correct country, the home currency is default to the Chinese Yuan.

To ensure you select the right one, please click this link (go to the Asia Pacific tab and select China):

In case you need the steps on how to turn on Multicurrency, follow these steps:

  1. Log into your QuickBooks account.
  2. Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  3. Choose Account and Settings.
  4. Go to the Advanced tab.
  5. Search for the Currency section.

For future reference, I recommend you visit the following articles about Multicurrency and importing transactions:

I want to make sure this is taken care of for you. If you have any other concerns, post a comment below. I’ll pop right back in to assist further. Have a good one.
