Did you try resetting the update? Go to Help menu, then...

Did you try resetting the update?

  1. Go to Help menu, then choose Update QuickBooks.
  2. Go to the Options tab, then click Mark All.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Go to the Update Now tab.
  5. Put a check mark in the Reset Update now box, then click Get Updates.
