I upgraded to QB Pro 2016 (had to since I run payroll and 2013 version was not going to be supported much longer) in March but still using Windows 7. I had a problem with the downloading of my credit card transactions.  I worked thru it, but, the issue must have flagged QB technical support and I got a call about the "bug".  At that time I asked the tech, should I download Windows 10 and I was told "the free Windows 10 is a beta version and we recommend that you not download it"!!!
