Let's update your QuickBooks Desktop to the latest release so you'll be able to login to your connected bank with the updated PIN.

Then, go back and try to log in to your Region bank via QuickBooks again to double-check.
If you won't still be able to log in, I'd suggest contacting our Phone Support Team. This way, they can further investigate the issue and provide additional troubleshooting steps to get you back to working order.
