I want to make sure you're able to print transactions. Let's perform some basic troubleshooting steps to resolve this. I would recommend clearing the browser's cache. If the cache becomes full of data, it can potentially cause unusual responses within QuickBooks Online. Clearing it helps refresh the system and get everything back to running smoothly. 


Here's how to clear the cache in your browser:

  1. Select Settings and more  > Settings  > Privacy and services .
  2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
  3. Choose a time range from the Time range drop-down menu.
  4. Choose the types of data you want to clear. 
  5. Select Clear now.
