Thanks for posting here in the Community. I'm here to share some information about the issue you're getting when logging into QuickBooks Online (QBO) application.


We have received reports regarding the QBO application crashing and our Product Developers are currently investigating and working to get it fixed as soon as possible. I'd highly recommend contacting our Support Team and provide this investigation number INV-21697 so they can add your company details to the list of affected users.


By doing this, we will be able to send you an email notification once an update is available. I'll also update this post as soon as I get a message from them that this has been fixed.


Here's how to reach them:

1. Go to this link:
2. Select QuickBooks Online United States in the upper-right corner of the page.
3. Pick Running your business in QuickBooks for the topic.
4. Choose Apps.
5. Go to the 2nd section and click the Get Phone Number button.


In the meantime, you can log into your QBO account using a computer or a mobile browser as a workaround.
