While we haven’t received similar reports, let's try performing some browser troubleshooting steps to determine if this is a browser-related issue.
The first thing to do is open your QuickBooks Online account in a private browser or Chrome's incognito window. This is a feature in the web which allows you to browse without storing any data history.
Depending on the browser you're using, refer to these keyboard shortcuts:
If this works well, it's possible that your main browser is filled with cached data, which slows causes strange behavior of your account. To keep this from happening again, clear your browser's cache.
Once done, open your QBO company and try printing the check.
