Yes, the INV-32308 was already closed and resolved by our product developers. However, I've checked that there is a new investigation (INV-28864) reported by other users affected getting an Error 324 with Home Depot Commercial Credit Card (Customer unable to connect Home Depot Commercial Revolving Credit Card and download transactions). Our engineers are also currently working for an immediate resolution of the issue.
In case you'll be getting this error and to ensure you can complete your work, I recommend clicking on the Fix It link that is displayed after the error message and following the steps to select your updated account with your bank.
