I think it has something to do with the recent updates on the Online screen. A few days ago the company changed it. Something about it would help process faster. Well, what do you know? First Monday of the year and no one can get into their Online account. Imagine that! Thank you Intuit, for the outstanding service you provide on a day everyone needs the system. For the elevated rates we pay to use an Online system that is a shadow of the desktop version.
