Thank you for coming back and for providing screenshots to fix the issue.


When the items shows -1 in the Product and Services section, it means you create an invoice and use the item without available stock. Since you've mentioned above that you don't have any invoices on the system with a future date that could be affecting the QOH, I'd suggest checking the adjustment you've created if the amount entered is correct. You can click this article to see the steps and go to the Edit or delete an inventory quantity adjustment section: Adjust inventory quantity on hand in QuickBooks Online


If the issue persists, I'd recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have the tools to pull up your account to investigate the cause of the issue.


Here's how:


1. Open your QuickBooks Account.

2. At the top right, click the Help icon.

3. Click Contact Us.

4. Under What can we help you with?, enter your concern about QOH.

5. Click Let's Talk.

6. You'll be routed into the Choose a way to connect with us page.

7. Select how you want to contact them and fill in the information.


On the other hand, the QOH that shows in the Product and Services section is different from the QTY that appears when you create an invoice. With this, the QTY that shows on the invoice is the number of the items ordered by your customer.
