I understand that you need to send remittance advice to your suppliers. In QuickBooks Online India, you can print or send a Payment Voucher instead. Let me show you how:

  1. Locate and open the bill payment you created.
  2. Make sure to enter an email address in the Email field, then click the Save and send button.
  3. You can modify the Subject and Body of the email. Tap Send and close.
