I'm having exactly the same problem. Resolved in a way by reducing hours to less than 24, but then home office costs are disallowed. Something wrong here, as obviously the two expenses should both be allowable. I agree with you about Quick Books customer service, slow responses and often not very helpful answers. Am also considering cancelling my subscription. This was supposed to make life easier, not more frustrating!
