I have been begging for help for half a year keep calling to the customer service for over 30 times, but nobody seems to help me or try to figure out why. many customer service staff even tried to do remote sessions - many times, but none of those worked. I even tried to contact Metro bank and they looked into it but they said there was an issue on QB side. After countless attempt including Calling customer service, this forum was my last hope but. Do you say QB has no ability to make METRO Bank feed work as it should be? You sound like there is no hope between METRO bank and QB. So do you think I should leave?
