At this point, I would recommend contacting our Support team to investigate this further. You can reach them using the steps below:

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Repeatedly search for the word human.
  3. If asked to specify your concern, click on See examples.
  4. Choose I still need a human.
  5. Click on Contact Us and choose how you want to reach our support.
