Have you also restarted your computer after moving the file the applications folder?


If you did with similar results, please contact our phone support for QuickBooks for Mac. They can take a closer look at this and make sure you're able to update QuickBooks. Here's how:


  1. Open this link and select QuickBooks Mac Desktop
  2. Click Install and Update.
  3. Select Get Phone Number.
