Re: charge on credit card

Were you able to get any information on the credit card charge when you speak with support? Since this is a public forum, I’m unable to provide details in regards to concerns related to billing. 


The Community doesn’t have tools to pull up your account in a secure environment. I recommend reaching out to our Customer Care Team once more for assistance in verifying the charge.


Here’s how to get in touch with phone support: 

  1. Go to the Help menu.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Tap the Contact us button. 

That should get you pointed in the right direction.
