When you say "monthly payment" are you referring to your subscription fee? If so, you can log in to CAMPS and change your bank account information from there.
Customer Account Management Portal Site (CAMPS) is where you can see and update your account information. And you can also manage your account from here.
First off, please know that only the primary contact of the account can perform this task. If you're not, you'll need to get in touch with the primary contact.
