Hello there, @cperez.

I'm here to help so you can connect your bank account with QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We haven't received any similar issue about this and it's unusual for the system that the account doesn't exist when you've already set up a secure connection.

In the meantime, let's perform the basic troubleshooting steps which are to open your browser in incognito/private mode. This mode doesn't use the existing cache data files to load a webpage.

Here are the keyboard shortcuts to open a private browser:

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Internet Explorer: press Ctrl+Shift+P
  • Safari: press Command+Shift+

If you're able to connect your bank using the private browser, let's go back to your regular browser and clear its cache

Also, you get the same result while using an incognito/private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
