There are times that a possible Data damage or errors can remain undetected if it's not causing errors. Although, you can regularly run the Verify and Rebuild Data Utility tool to find these undetected errors in your company file. 

 

I would also recommend reaching out to our Technical Support Team for QuickBooks for Mac. They can take a closer look at the logs and check if there other options to remove the error without deleting all and recreating all of them. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to this link: https://help.quickbooks.intuit.com/en_US/contact.
  2. Select QuickBooks Mac Desktop.
  3. Select the Company File option, then select a sub-topic.
  4. Scroll-down a little bit and click Start a Message
