Hello, @bridegrom9.

 

Did you encounter any errors when trying to renew or resubscribe to your subscription? That'll help us check to see if there's an ongoing issue with it.

 

You can pay for your subscription with Mastercard, Visa, Discover Card, or American Express. Also, you can only update your payment info using a web browser. 

 

Then, you must be the Master Admin or the Company Admin to successfully update your billing info. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the  Gear icon () and click on Account and Settings.
  2. Choose Billing Subscription tab and click the Edit (✎) icon beside your payment method.
  3. Update your credit card information.
  4. Click the Confirm card or Save button once you're done.
