The current account is still connected to online banking, alaskatrailguides.


You'll need to disconnect it, reconnect the same account, then use the new bank URL. Let me guide you with the steps.


Before you disconnect the account, you'll have to add and match the existing downloaded transactions.


Here's how to disconnect:

  1. Click Banking, then go to the Banking tab.
  2. Choose the account you want to disconnect, then click the Pencil icon.
  3. Click Edit account info, then put a check mark in the Disconnect this account on save box.
  4. Click Save and Close.

Then, connect the same account using the new bank URL. Transactions from the past 90 days will be added. You'll have to exclude them if they're already added to the system.
