The Tech Support is a local computer geek that answers the phone and tries his best to fix whatever issues this company has with its computer systems.

 

You might consider (if you're with Intuit) providing better Troubleshooting tips that cover most basic issues (like, why can't I open a company file on a licensed workstation?).  Or, train the phone support to be able to handle simple configuration and setup issues.
