When a browser stored a lot of caches, it could cause problems like bringing up the data to your account or latency issues. As an initial step, you can press the F5 key on your keyboard to refresh the page.
If you're still getting the same result, clearing the browser's cache is one of the solutions we recommend when getting the "Something's Not Right" error in QuickBooks Online. You can use these shortcut keys depending on the browser you're using:
Open your account and apply for the QuickBooks Cash service from there. If you're able to do so, return to your default browser and perform a clear cache. However, if the problem persists, I'd suggest getting in touch with our QuickBooks Support to have this investigated.
