We have followed all possible options. Quickbooks support admitted that they are facing this issue with several other customers.

The sad part is that they just close the ticket and we find ourselves at dead end.

This public forum is the last resort if someone higher up at Quickbooks US could hear us and understand that Quickbooks India is messing up this case.
