Hi harnest,

While the world is gradually moving towards fully electronic payment solutions, there are still many situations requiring a good old fashioned paper cheque. Thanks to the powerful cheque printing features that integrate directly into your books, writing a cheque has never been more convenient. I'll be happy to help you print get this done.

To print a cheque with a detailed stub, make sure to use compatible voucher-style cheque stock. These will include additional details about the sales tax. It's only a few steps to set this up:

  1. Click the + New button and select Print cheques.
  2. Click Print setup (if this is your first time, you may be taken directly to the setup screen).
  3. Select Voucher and follow the on-screen instructions to align your cheques.

You can print all Cheque transactions and bill payments directly by opening them and clicking Print or Preview at the bottom. Check out this handy article for additional useful info: How to print cheques

Let me know how this goes!
