It has been 8 business days since the charge was made by my client. I’ve contacted support TWICE and been told it takes a minimum of 7 days for the first charge to go through but they can’t promise it will happen within a set period of time. They also refuse to expedite or escalate my complaint. So I’m left hoping the charge is approved and I get my money at some time soon. It's irresponsible to process a card and not have a defined acceptable time period in which I'll receive the funds. It means I have to wait to get paid and I can't use the system to bill someone else until it's resolved.
