Good day, therapy2.

 

I've got some steps to help you remove the other button. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Gear > Account and Settings.
  2. On the left panel, select Sales.
  3. Scroll down at the bottom, and select the Online delivery.
  4. Choose the Show short summary in email option. 
  5. Click Save and then Done.

Once done, you can re-send the invoice to the customer and they will only see one Pay Now button.
