Hi Heather - Yes, it's working great and interacts very well with QB and our bank's ACH processing.  The support I've gotten from Treasury Software, the company that owns ACH Universal, has been awesome.  My point of contact is John Lehrman - his contact info is below.  They will walk you through getting everything set up and he answers questions very quickly when I initially had them.
