Since the resolution I’ve provided above doesn’t fix your issue, I recommend contacting our Technical Support team. 

With the help of their tools, they can check it further and can provide another resolution. They can also determine the root cause of this unexpected behavior. Then, you can follow these steps below:


  1. Go to the Help menu at the top.
  2. Select QuickBooks Desktop Help F1.
  3. Click Contact Us.
