Thanks for dropping by the Community space. I’m here to ensure you’ll be able to accept online payments, so you can effectively track them in your account.


When signing up for QuickBooks Payments in QuickBooks Self-Employed, it will create a new merchant account. Since there isn’t an option to link the current merchant service directly to QBSE, you’ll need to first cancel the existing account.


You’ll need to contact our Merchant Services Team for the cancellation process. Once done, you can subscribe to new QuickBooks Payments account.
