Thanks for reaching out to us with your QuickBooks Payments concern. I can help you check why the amount isn't funded in your account.


In the Merchant Service Center, funding times for checks processed through your company file in QuickBooks can take up to 7-10 business days to reach in your account. There can only be an exception for users who have no fees associated with Bank Transfers which will take more than ten days.

If you don't fall under those exceptions above, I'd recommend you contact our QuickBooks Online Care Team. They have more access to accounts and can safely pull up your company information.
