Hi Jovelyn and thanks for replying, but when I follow the steps you outlined, the company name still gets changed globally to the last Custom Form Style created. 

Ex:

I made the DBA invoice.  Saved it

Then I created the Legal name invoice. Saved It.

If I go back and open the DBA invoice, it automatically converted the invoice to show the Legal name instead of the DBA.

How do I get the invoices to stay with the separate names.
