Hey there, Aplumly.

 

I've replicated your concern, and I was able to add the customer's bill to address in the report. 

 

Here's how:

  1. On the Transaction List by Customer report, click Customize Report.
  2. In the Search Columns field, choose Name Address.
  3. Click OK.

You can also add the customer's name as a column. In the Search Columns field, choose Name, then click OK.

If you're still unable to view the bill to address, let's run the run/verify utility tool to check if this is a data issue.
