Thanks for getting back to us, @2robertc.

 

@GarlynGay is right that you need to export to Excel the report, then manually edit from there.

 

Since you're working with multiple classes, I suggest memorizing this reports. By doing so, you don't have to go through the customization process again.

 

Just a heads up, QuickBooks Desktop memorized the report settings, not the data in the report.

 

Here's how to create a memorized report:

  1. Open the Profit & Loss by Class report.
  2. Click the Memorize button.memorizedreport1.PNG
  3. Set Name and put a check mark on the box if you want to save or share this report with others.memorizedreport2.PNG
  4. Click OK.
  5. If you need to access this report, go to the Reports menu.
  6. Select Memorized Reports, then Memorized Report List
  7. Double-click to open the report.memorizedreport3.PNG
