Thanks for utilizing the General Journal Entries feature, @Suze63.


The option to change the JE template in QuickBooks Desktop isn't available. However, you can drag the width of the columns for more text to show:

  1. Hover your mouse to the column header.
  2. Once the cross icon is visible, long-press and drag it to left or right side.
