I did everything exactly as instructed. It did not help. It would only send the invoice from my business email if I unchecked the box "Save emails as drafts in email program" otherwise it keeps automatically sending it from my personal email address. Very frustrating because I have to manually change the "from" email address on all my invoices. I used to be able to send a batch of invoices out each month but a glitch in QuickBooks was noticed a few months ago when customers notified me they got an email from me but the invoice was not attached. So now I have to go through each invoice (65 a month) and manually check to make sure the invoice is attached and my correct business email address is the one it is sending it from.
Very frustrating and time consuming.
