You can email the confirmation page or receipt when processing a credit card, Dena3.


I'll guide you with the steps:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Payments account. 
  2. Click Processing Tools.
  3. Select Charge a Card.
  4. Fill in the necessary fields, then click Submit.
  5. Click E-mail

Although, if it's processed already, we can print the credit card receipt/payment, then manually email it to your customer. Here's how:

  1. Click Activity & Reports.
  2. Go to Transactions.
  3. Select the credit card transaction,
  4. Click Print, then select Small, or Medium, or Large.
  5. Click Change, then select Save as PDF.
  6. Select Save.

You can attach the PDF to your email, and send it to your customer.
